“EAST系统”全称为“中国银保监会检查分析系统”，是银监会议于2012年9月制定并在后续时段不断升级的明细报送系统，目标是为进一步提升银保监会监管科技能力，完善监管数据标准化规范，建立强有力的统一的银行业监管信息系统，从而实现对银行业金融机构经营风险的有效监测和预警，提高抵御金融风险的能力，促进银行业机构数据治理和合规发展，为我国银行业的稳健发展提供保障，达到防范和化解金融危机的目的。
中电金信公司遵照监管思路和要求，参考以往系统的建设经验，在充分调研目前银行的现状和需求上，开展EAST系统的研发和实施工作。
该平台可协助银行进行数据报送，协助数据报送人员完成包括数据采集、数据校验、合规校验、报送文件处理、报表生成处理等工作。平台可根据监管相关预警指标体系和银行的实际情况，设立完善的预警指标体系，进行实时的监控预警，避免数据误报、漏报、空报。
报表任务下发时根据机构的权限分发，保证相应人员看到对应的报表数据，同时对相应的报表模板属性进行配置，设置对应指标的查看修改权限，增加校验规则，在补录人员补录时可实时进行数据校验。
增加单独的数据校验菜单，统计人员可进行一键校验所有报表，并可直观看到每个校验规则情况，可查看校验不通过的详细数据；同时总分和其他格式逻辑校验可进行前台系统的配置，执行相关校验按钮时，对应的报送附件会自动生成。
报文配置时可灵活配置报表并可增加过滤条件进行报文的生成，同时报文生成的同时对应的报送附件也会自动生成。
增加跨系统校验模块，可进行明细数据与报表指标数据的校验，保证报送的数据一致。
